Studio 8 Photography
These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Studio 8 Photography (“Studio 8”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Agreements
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed in writing (email confirmation is sufficient). By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Failure to make payment may result in delays to image delivery or cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify Studio 8 as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes may be subject to charges depending on notice given and work already completed. Specific cancellation terms may vary by service and will be outlined at the time of booking.
4. Photography Style & Creative Control
Studio 8 retains full creative control over the style, composition and editing of images. While reasonable requests are welcomed, all final decisions regarding the delivered images remain with Studio 8.
5. Image Delivery
Images are supplied digitally unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timescales will be confirmed per project and may vary depending on the scope of work. Studio 8 is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Copyright & Usage
All photographs remain the copyright of Studio 8 Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a licence to use the images for their intended purpose (for example: personal use, marketing, websites or social media). Images may not be altered, sold, or supplied to third parties without written permission from Studio 8.
7. Portfolio & Marketing Use
Studio 8 reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the shoot.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring access to locations, permissions to photograph, and any required approvals. Studio 8 cannot be held responsible for missed images due to restrictions, delays, or lack of access beyond our control.
9. Liability
Studio 8 takes all reasonable care in the provision of photography services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the photography services provided.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness or other unforeseen circumstances, Studio 8 will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution or refund as appropriate.
10. Data Protection
Studio 8 complies with UK data protection regulations. Personal information provided by clients will be used solely for communication, booking management and service delivery, and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Website Use
All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of Studio 8 Photography and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Amendments
Studio 8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
